Guess the Grade

Promoter. The competition is run by MDF Global [full legal entity name and registered address]. Questions: [competition email address].
Entry period. Entries open at 19:00 on Wednesday 30 September 2026 and close at 14:00 Mountain Time on Saturday 3 October 2026, when the Exhibit and Poster Hall closes.
How to enter. Attend Booth 13 in the Exhibit and Poster Hall at the Salt Palace Convention Centre, inspect the drill core sample on display, scan the QR code and submit your estimate of the grade through the entry form. Entry is free. No purchase is required.
Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 or over and registered attendees of the SEG 2026 Conference. Employees of MDF Global and its subsidiaries, their immediate families, and employees of the SEG 2026 organisers and their contractors may not enter.
One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same person will be disqualified, and only the first submission counts.
Determining the winner. The sample will be assayed by [laboratory name] using [method]. The winner is the entrant whose estimate is closest to the assayed grade, measured as the smallest absolute difference. This is a competition of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Ties. Where two or more entrants submit an equally close estimate, the entry received earliest by server timestamp wins.
Prize. One prize: a Geo Travel Kit comprising [itemised contents], with a total approximate retail value of US$[value]. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. MDF Global may substitute an item of equal or greater value if something becomes unavailable.
Your own employer's rules. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of a prize complies with their employer's gift, ethics and conflict-of-interest policies. Government employees in particular should check their own limits before accepting. A winner who is unable or unwilling to accept may decline, in which case the next-closest entrant will be awarded the prize.
Notification. The winner will be contacted by email at the address given on the entry form, once assay results have been publicly released. This is expected to be [date or timeframe], and may be later. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, the prize passes to the next-closest entrant.
Delivery. The prize will be shipped to the winner at an address they nominate, at MDF Global's cost. Prizes are not handed over at the conference. The winner is responsible for any taxes or import duties in their own country.
Your information. Entry details are collected and handled as set out in the [MDF Global privacy policy]. Subscribing to project updates is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry or of winning.
Disqualification. MDF Global may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or submitted in breach of these terms.
Changes. MDF Global may amend these terms or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it, and will publish any change at Booth 13 and on the entry form.
Not an offer. Nothing in this competition or in any communication arising from it is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a recommendation in relation to any MDF Global entity or security.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [Queensland, Australia / Utah, USA — pick one], and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Void where prohibited.
